This winter The Law Society was the perfect romantic venue for our styled wedding shoot. With its breathtaking high ceilings and magnificent Georgian architecture, this venue is everything a Bride and Groom could need for a beautiful wedding in the heart of London.

In this shoot we wanted to show you how you can use your creativity to transform your wedding venue into everything you every dreamed. By having colour schemes and stunning floral decorations accompanied by luxury table settings you can emphasise the true beauty of your wedding venue.

Your wedding reception location is usually the place where glasses are clinked, laughter is spread and dancing happens until gone midnight. However, how much of the inside of your wedding venue is truly captured and remembered? Instead of having a variety of detail shots (no matter how lovely they are) why not have your couple portraits inside your venue as well? It is traditional in England for a couple to have their photographs taken outside and around their wedding venue. But what if it is raining (which is highly likely in England) or the light is poor? These photographs show you how we explored this gorgeous venue and created and captured those precious moments between a Bride and Groom. Enabling us to capture the winter wonderland that they have created in this stunning space.

For this wedding we went for a magical wintery theme. With stunning trees and florals by Le Bloom London that were lit up by traditional crystals, sequins and candles by Mediterranean Occasions, bringing a very romantic warm feel to this grand room. Warm ivories, creams and silky greens were the colours that we used to compliment the gorgeous marble work in the room. But by adding dashes of purple meant we could add a hint of vibrance to the room. These colours were then reflected through in the grooms Marc Wallace suit, the brides natural makeup by Cassie Jordana and the mouth watering cake by GC Couture. We then added dried flowers and pinecones to help emphasise that natural wintery theme.

So embrace your surroundings and make the most of your wedding venue. Don’t be afraid to be creative and experimental with your decorations and and colour schemes. Let the characteristics of you and your partner and your venue shine through.
